How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A new villa typically takes 8–14 months from foundation to handover. A renovation or fit-out usually runs 2–8 weeks. Annual maintenance contracts are ongoing. We'll give you a firm timeline in your quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Desert Fox holds all required Saudi regulatory licences and carries full project insurance, giving you complete peace of mind throughout the build.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. Our contracts cover electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry on a scheduled and on-call basis — ideal for villas, compounds, and commercial properties.
Will I see a full cost breakdown before signing?
